The poet Fernando Pessoa always wore a Hat on his head. Inside that head lived his imagination. And such an imagination it was that it would transform the Hat. It would turn it into many different things, unexpected and original, each one important, each one special. Sometimes into the Hats of other poets, with fun names like Álvaro de Campos, Alberto Caeiro, Ricardo Reis, Bernardo Soares, and others, too. They were poets he made up, up in his poet head, with different lives and writing styles from his own. It was a kind of magic. As a matter of fact, it was poetry. And all those Hats were one and the same: The Poet Hat of Fernando Pessoa.
